Bug Description

Yakkety (both 0.24.0 and lp:mir)

Alt+Middle button drag resizing doesn't work with miral-shell or mir_demo_server.

This doesn't work with trackpad on Thinkpad Carbon, or with a Bluetooth (MX Anywhere 2) mouse. It does work with a USB mouse.

Tracing the input the event generated is:

2016-10-17 10:59:08.430371] miral::Window Management: handle_pointer_event event={from=2, action=motion, button_state=0, x=541, y=582, dx=1, dy=-1, vscroll=0, hscroll=0, modifiers=6}

I.e. the button isn't being identified.
