Bug Description

https://mir-jenkins.ubuntu.com/job/build-2-binpkg-mir/arch=amd64,compiler=clang,platform=mesa,release=yakkety/2013/console

failed with:
-fdebug-prefix-map=/build/mir (a nonexistent directory)
which produced the failure message:
11:18:11 clang: error: invalid argument '/build/mir' to -fdebug-prefix-map

This seems somewhat like a build system race (as the MP wasn't changing much in makefiles), so will file bug to track if it pops up again.
