[regression] mir_acceptance_tests.TestClientInput is hanging

I noticed today in rebuilding several branches against the latest lp:mir r2424, that in about 50% of cases the tests hang at:

        Start 44: mir_acceptance_tests.TestClientInput.*

And running manually it gets stuck at:

Bisected. r2423 works flawlessly with any number of repeats, but the problem appears in r2424:

  Port the InputDispatcher to use the InputSender. This enables use of Surface::consume concurrently with droidinput::InputDispatcher (as things stand InputDispatcher would become confused by seq ids).
