[mako] Initial wizard crashes multiple times

Bug Description

The setup wizard crashes on my mako multiple times. Only after a few crashes (in some cases after a reboot) I am able to complete the wizard and start my phone.

I have attached the log. Probably something to do with Mir/Driver ?

This looks like USC crashing and taking down the wizard with it. I remember looking at something similar a while ago and speculating that this merge would fix it: https://code.launchpad.net/~alan-griffiths/mir/fix-1376324/+merge/236862
