Bug Description
MacBook Pro 8,1 - intel graphics
I'm using DisplayPort to HDMI adapter, then a HDMI->DVI cable, to plug in an external monitor.
USC seems to have turned on XMir again. On boot Greeter came up as normal, and I logged in to X. All fine.
It works, and then randomly one of the outputs freezes. It's mostly the external monitor, but the laptop screen did freeze once too. Moving mouse to the frozen screen has no effect (mouse not visible on frozen monitor)

If USC is frozen, we should be able to see which thread it is by looking at the stack traces. Can you get some stacks from the frozen server?
You might have to log in via SSH...
