Bug Description

When a mouse up event comes through, the mouse button state is empty. Meaning you've to keep the last pressed button around to set.

Yes this is still the case. Pointer button state keeps track of the current state, and does not indicate which state changed.

Incomplete. Didn't we replace this with a new API (which presumably doesn't have the same problems)?
