[regression] mir_demo_server_shell crashes on display resume:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::exception_detail::clone_impl<boost::exception_detail::error_info_injector<std::logic_error> >'
  what(): Invalid or inconsistent display configuration

Test case:
  1. mir_demo_server_shell
  2. mir_demo_client_egltriangle
  3. Alt+P (sleeps the display)
  4. Alt+P (resumes the display)

Expected: Compositing resumes where it left off.
Observed: Mir server crashes with the above exception.
