libmirclientplatform-android isn't loaded upon libmirserver install

So, I flashed the latest image on nexus4 & I've become leery of wholesale updates using apt-get dist-upgrade so I prefer to install manually.

I just installed libmirserver....and it installed the dependencies, however I noticed that libmirclientplatform-android didn't get installed.
this is concerning/dangerous because I would have tested with the "old" libmirclientplatform-android
so, should we just "make everything in mir depend on everything in mir" ...or detect architecture of the install and ensure we get android on arm and mesa on amd64

I think this is obsolete as the packaging has changed drastically.
