radeon + mir_demo_standalone_render_surfaces = corrupt textures

Verified with lp:mir r971. Seems to be a recent regression because there's no problem with r947. I suspect it broke in r948.

Tested intel, radeon and nouveau. The bug only occurs on radeon, and only in render_surfaces.

Testing on an AMD PALM, can't reproduce this bug today. Need to find the original AMD CEDAR to retest still.
