Bug Description

In the CI build for an unrelated change (https://jenkins.qa.ubuntu.com/job/mir-saucy-amd64-ci/224/console) I got:

Actual function call count doesn't match EXPECT_CALL(*client->rpc_report, invocation_failed(InvocationMethodEq("disconnect"),_))...
         Expected: to be called once
           Actual: never called - unsatisfied and active
[ FAILED ] ProtobufCommunicator.double_disconnection_attempt_has_no_effect (178 ms)

Haven't been able to reproduce it locally, and haven't seen it again in CI/autolanding.
