Bug Description
Another bug which is masked by the lack of acceptance tests using the real server binary! InputConfiguration is broken in trunk, as the CachedPtr will not maintain a strong reference, causing the configuration to be created twice and a seperate instance of the InputDispatcher to be created for both the DispatcherContr
