Bug Description

Until Mint version 14 (I'm using the MATE version), I used the Mod4 key (the "windows" key) to create some shortcuts Preferences/Keyboard Shortcuts). Now that I upgraded to 15 (Olivia) it doesn't work anymore, it triggers the Mint Menu instead.

I stopped Mint Menu, and Mod4 started workingwith Keyboard Shortcuts again, so it's probably Mint Menu's fault?

I also have this problem. I would also like to state that Mintmenu needs a mode where a user can define a "null accelerator" for it. I use the Super_L (aka Windows Key) for Compose typing which is being intercepted by the Mintmenu applet.

I just set my accelarator to something that I'd never use (Ctrl+Shift+~) and the MintMenuAppletFactory program crashed and now Im sitting here stuck without the mint menu.
