Upon running a report for surplus for the building WASHS the results that were given were incorrect because it is looking for the surplus to be a number (0 or 1). In the database surplus is indicated as a "Yes" or "No" field.

This has been fixed. There might be some underlying issues that we did not find. If you see these please report those underlying bugs. As for now, this has been fixed. Remember Surplus and workedOn should be a "Yes", "yes", "No", or "no" feature not a 1 or 0.
