Bug Description
This is minor, but still presents a usability concern.
The 'new bookmark' window should remember the last used 'folder'. For example, if I bookmark a page and select the 'ubuntu' folder in the 'new bookmark' window, then when subsequently saving a bookmark the 'ubuntu' folder should be pre-selected. Currently it always defaults to 'top-level' folder.
