Bug Description

As in the title, the "Add SpeedDial" dialog has "JavaScript - about:blank" as a title, which is against elementary HIG.

The title is autogenerated, normally for security reasons. It should probably say "Add to Speed Dial". For this script-prompt needs to be implemented and set the title for midori_view_is_blank ().

The stackoverflow question doesn't apply here: Midori is itself the browser. See my earlier comment, the title could be customized for Speed Dial specifically by checking "about:dial". Another option is to add a custom message for it (if you look at the code what this means should be straightforward).
