Bug Description

While dragging and dropping shortcuts in the speed dial does work, there's no indication of what's going on when you are still dragging.

It's still present in Midori 0.4.9 from elementary PPA. And actually,
there's a new bug too: when creating a new shortcut in speed dial, a blank
tab appears. Is this reported yet?
