location suggestion popup has different colors the first time it's opened in a window

Bug Description
To reproduce: cause the completion dropdown to appear for the locationbar; the first time it's displayed it has a different background color (incorrect) compared to subsequent times.
It looks like this is caused by using the colors from the widget's style before the widget has been realized, so the colors aren't appropriate for the widget and theme. The attached patch fixes this bug.

Makes sense. In fact, let's move the gtk_widget_realize call out of the positioning.
