Choosing Netscape bookmarks in export looks to do nothing

Bug Description
When you go to App Menu → Export Bookmarks → Choose "Netscape Bookmarks", the filename doesn't change. Perhaps it actually works but it very much looks broken.

I can confirm that the file created when selecting "Netscape Bookmarks" is identical to the XBEL file (both currently empty due to another bug). Selecting "Netscape Bookmarks" appears to do nothing.
