give secure location bar icon higher priority

Bug Description
Currently, the secure location bar icon is overwritten by both the "go" icon and the "rss" icon (even when RSS is not configured).
One solution would be to have it take over the Favicon instead of the right side of the location bar. The logic behind this is that the left side of the location bar reflects the page's status (secure, insecure, favicon, etc. All descriptors of the page) and the right side of the location bar reflects actions to perform (go icon, rss, etc)

I moved the security icon to the left, and removed the favicon so there's no confusion over icon precedence anymore.
