Bug Description
As I understand, the close buttons on the tabs should follow the position of the close button on the window decorations.
On the current midori from launchpad, built with the following options:
./configure --enable-gtk3 --disable-addons --prefix=/usr
they don't change the position.
I changed:
gconftool-2 /desktop/
gconftool-2 /apps/metacity/
I restarted midori and the gnome session. But the buttons remain on the left side.

Small informational update:
mutter now uses gsettings. Close button positions still remain unmoved.
gsettings set org.gnome. shell.overrides button-layout 'minimize:close'
