Iconified tabs are not remembered between sessions

I always leave open iconified tabs for my email and my social networks. When I closed my browser and opened later, there was no problem. But a recent update broke the iconified status: now when I start a new session, my tabs are there, but fully shown. I have to re-iconify them again every time.

I was able to track this down to the commit at http://git.xfce.org/apps/midori/commit/?id=614365427971fc76eb88905b6f0c6626076374bb via git-bisect, but I'm not sure how to best fix it.

Before we had _new_with_item, we were guaranteed to have a callback in place before the meta data is copied over. This is now happening before. So I added explicit setting of the value to the constructor.
