No favicon in bookmarks for several website

Bug Description

If you add website like french ubuntu forum (http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/) in your bookmarks, there is no visible favicon on this bookmark

Same thing for
http://code.google.com/p/freetuxtv/
https://lists.launchpad.net/lubuntu-desktop/date.html
...

The favicon are present in the url bar

WebKitGTK+ 1.8.0 has WebKitFaviconDatabase, see http://webkitgtk.org/reference/webkitgtk/stable/WebKitFaviconDatabase.html which I added support for. Also new internal API to increase consistency.
