Bug Description
Many browsers allow you to click on a site's favicon in the address bar to get some more info about the site, including SSL info, certificate stuff, etc. Most also use a custom sort of popover to do so, since it's very context-sensitive. This would be both a great feature to add and a great use of Granite's Popover.

First of all we need certificate display to work, more specifically somebody to implement it. Then we can worry about making it look nice. See bug 706857.
