Bug Description
The urlbar doesn't turn green when visiting a site using HTTPS in GTK3.
Testing by visiting Facebook in GTK2 (was green), then same site in GTK3 (wasn't green)

Apparently backward compatibility doesn't hold here. Then again we should really be using the latest API as far as possible.
