hide/show menu doesn't update on child window

Bug Description
midori-0.4.0
open a new window in midori,
right-click on the top margin and select "hide menu" (this will hide it in both windows),
go to the child window and see to click that same menu option,
[the check-mark has not updated itself to reflect the change],
confirmed by MonkeyofDoom
