Bug Description
Sometimes a user can attempt to save about:version and sometimes they can't.
Steps to reproduce:
Open two tabs the speed dial. In one of them, navigate to a web page.
Open about:version in each of the two tabs. The one that contained a web page has sensitive "view source" and "save page as" menu items.
In addition, the icons for the two vary. I see a blank page as the favicon for the tab that did not contain a web page, and a page with text and a globe in front of it as the favicon for the tab that had contained a web page.
