current as homepage button should become insensitive

The button for using the current page as the homepage should become insensitive (and possibly activated is in a toggle?) if you are currently viewing the homepage.

Here's a little patch to do just that.

The patch isn't enough: the sensitivity needs to change whenever the actual homepage changes. And please take care not to declare variables in the middle of a block (function).
