Bug Description
Empty speed dial shortcuts should show up as a Add icons to make it very obvious that clicking it means adding a new shortcut.

I fully agree. Why midori has no icon in the speeddial item "Click to add a shortcut" ? danrabbit. deviantart. com/art/ Midori- Bookmarks- 171452243? q=gallery% 3Adanrabbit% 2F35453653& qo=0
That's not very user friendly.
A "plus" icon like dan rabbit's mockup would be a good improvement.
