bookmarks cannot be placed in a specific order

Bug Description

I'd like to be able to put my bookmarks and bookmark folders into a specific (arbitrary) order, not necessarily alphabetical. Right now, bookmarks appear to be displayed in the order returned by sqlite, with no ability to change the order.

maybe sqlite isn't the way to handle bookmarks, nobody else uses it

Okay, firefox DOES use sqlite. They must have an indexing system that uses a number instead of the page/folder name for indexing.
