Rename the menu "Window" to "Tab"

Bug Description

In my mind the menu entry "Window" is associated with "all open browser windows".

Because the menu entry is related to tabs, I suggest to change the name to "Tabs".

And for the "Open last session" point, I have another suggestion. Move them to the menu "File" above "Open".

"Window" in this context refers to the contents of the window. gedit has "Tabs" there - I think it makes sense to go for plural because it's not just about one particular tab.

If you agree with that I'll change to "Tabs" when committing.
