Simple drag and drop feature. Now you can drop file or url on tab tabel.

"time" should'nt be used as a variable name → "timestamp"
You should use gtk_target_list_add_uri_targets instead of "text/plain".
You should use gtk_selection_data_get_uris in the callback.

With Thunar it doesn't work. It works only if I drag images from one page onto the tab label.

Now supports both text and uri.

Looks good now, thanks for the update. Minor flaw, "url" should be "uri", fixed before committing.
