Bug Description

Sorry if you already hear this a lot, but I think it would be a nice feature if you when your cursor is in the address bar you could hit tab and it would jump to the search bar. :) It was something I really liked on Firefox and I do it out of reflex nowadays... Kthxbai. :3

I agree this should work, that's what the user visually expects to happen from the layout of the window.
I don't really know why this doesn't work currently. For the time being I recommend ^K (Ctrl + K).

Personally, I cannot understand why this is being ignored. It's intrinsic, we expect it, every other browser works this way so why the heck can the programmers just stand up and do this?

I see comments are already a year old, there are multiple versions.

I USE A KEYBOARD, and as most linux jockeys, tend to use it very often without the mouse. Tab is crucial, please take this seriously.

Thanks for the control k option, will try to use it, but two keys are never better than the one key that you expect.
