Bug Description
after a small discussion in IRC, we decided that Toolbar Style options existed in the interface tab in order to offer a more compact interface option. As such, the options "Text" and "Icons and Text" make little sense to include since they take up the most space.

I went for a new idea: only show the toolbar style options if not running a proper DE.
