launching another instance of midori with an address I don't get a new window

Bug Description

I have midori already opened, in the preferences I have open pages in new window but if I launch midori with an address as paraneter, the new page opens as new tab, not as new window.
If I launch another midori window without the address parameter I have a new window

I can confirm this bug. I work on Midori 0.2.9 updated from PPA.

I changed the preference check. We used to have a separate preference for this in the past and that part wasn't updated.
