adblock segmentation fault and tab close media player issue

This browser is pretty much the only sane option for the pi3. =)
1. The adblock segmentation fault appears to occur about 8 seconds after loading some Youtube pages.

2. The youtube HTML5 use of vlc 2.2.8 player continues to stream audio if a second tab is closed while playing.

3. Feature wish, a plugin like h263ify for youtube to force video into a compatible h264 format for the default pi3 GPU codec setup.

We use a debian stretch armhf raspbian based MATE desktop, and a GPU accelerated VLC build.

I am new to the midori experience, and tried the 5.11 repo build with:
./configure --disable-zeitgeist --prefix=/usr

although it no longer gave a zeitgeist access error (not used on the system), it still segfaults if adblock is enabled. Unfortunately, comparing both conditions terminal stderr output yielded nothing useful during the adblock caused event.

I saw the bug report from 2014, and wanted to know if the new plugin can be adpted to filter coin-miner javascript as well.
