Bug Description
I was trying to use Midori for the first time on a fresh install of Fedora 27 LXDE. Midori could not display DuckDuckGo (unless I disabled scripts), and I was trying to file a bug report. When I tried to display about:version so I could file the report, Midori froze. Top shows it is consuming all available CPU. Killing and restarting did not help, as it just tries to reload the same tab and freezes again. It seems to still be running very very slowly, since every now and then some widget is updated, but it never reaches a usable state or manages to display anything -- instead, after a few minutes it just crashes and vanishes.
I still cannot display about:version (nor get rid of the tab, nor do anything else) but here is what "midori --version" displays on the command line:
Midori 0.5.11 ((null)) Midori
GTK+ 3.22.7 (3.22.26) Glib 2.51.0 (2.54.2)
WebKit2GTK+ 2.15.4 (2.18.3) libSoup 2.57.1
cairo 1.14.8 (1.15.8) libnotify No
gcr 3.20.0 granite No
I am running Fedora as a Virtualbox guest, if that makes a difference. Note that while Midori could not display DuckDuckGo or about:version, it was able to display Google and launchpad.net.
