fullscreen mode midori settings reverts to default

Bug Description
When I save my Keyboard shortcuts in Midori they save fine if I open the browser in default mode, but if I open it in Fullscreen mode no Keyboard shortcuts are saved and the browser reverts back to defaults. There is also no option to edit these setting in fullscreen mode or if I press F11 the settings button is greyed out.
This is with browser version 0.5.11 on Ubuntu Mate 16.04LTS.
