Bug Description
I cannot watch videos on Youtube, Vimeo and other sites without the flash plugin. youtube.com/html5 shows that the browser doesn't support Media Source Extensions, MSE & H.264 and MSE & WebM VP9.

I fixed it by installing the gstreamer1-libav package.
