about:version goes elsewhere if one clicks green arrow

Click about:version at the bottom of this bug entry form.
Now switch to that window.
Now click the white area to the right of the words about:version in the URL bar.
Instead of just clicking RET here, instead notice to the further right a green arrow with a yellow circle has appeared.
Click it.
It takes us to a previous web page, not about:version!
