Bug Description
The GCR support can't be used on gtk3 builds that don't have the X11 backend enabled since GCR doesn't export the UI functionality for those cases (it depends on X11).
Just enable GCR when doing a GTK3 build with X11 backend.
Breakage scenarios: GTK3 with just broadway or wayland backends.
Patch against midori 0.5.11
