Suggested text in textboxes is unreadable when overlaps parts of the site

I've noticed that when the user writes down some text on a textbox the suggested text sometimes is unreadable as it overlaps other parts of the webpage without a sort of opaque frame. This is a bit confussing for the end user as he has to guess amongst the options.

Maybe a translucent frame around the suggested text (some sort of opaque one with appropriate transparency) can do the trick. I am attaching an example when loading a webpage in Midori.
