Bug Description
If I left-click a link that opens in a new tab, it should open in the foreground. Even if I have "open tabs in background" set.
A left-click is a definitely "I want to follow this link right now" action. Unlike the right-click "new tab" which is pretty arguably the "I'm not done with the current page" action.
