Bug Description
It looks like the adblock icon is having some problems on HiDPI. We might be able to solve that by installing it to hicolor. Theoretically GTK should do the right thing if it's part of the theme.
We'll probably want to install to %PREFIX%
We might want to also rename them to avoid potential conflicts. Maybe something like "midori-adblock-*" where * is enabled, disabled, etc
