Bug Description
I'm not intimately familiar with the code here, but I do know that Midori oftentimes saves incorrect dimensions. Occasionally it starts up larger than my display.
It doesn't seem to save the changes when they are made, which could be part of the issue. It also doesn't seem to save changes at all when the window is maximized, which could be another issue.
