Bug Description
* I don't think we need a "Find..." tool item. Nobody has this. It's also already available from the menu
* Fullscreen is available from the menu
* New window is available from the menu
* Preferences is available from the menu
* Print is available from the menu
* Side panel is available from the menu

Showing them by default seems like a waste of screen real estate, but we don't at present. I think Midori should continue to allow users to customize which features are accessible through a single click to optimize their own workflows.
