Bug Description
Problem:
It seems when scrolling (using the arrows on the scroll bar), and double clicking (to scroll 2 lines), Midori opens a new tab, instead of scrolling up, down, left or right.

This happens when clicking twice on the scroll bar, scroll bar empty space, or scroll bar arrows. It makes scrolling down a large page rather obnoxious.
...and for some reason, Midori 0.5.9 crashed when I hit CTRL-N for a new window to go to "about:version". Can't reproduce it a second time, though.
