Spurious dialog when closing a pop-up window with a download running

To reproduce this bug: start a download, then close a "pop-up" window while that download is running. For example, download an mp3 from the following link: <http://mp3juices.com/search/lone-once-in-a-while>, and attempt close the window of the pop-up that appears.

A dialog opens saying that downloads are in progress, and that closing Midori will cancel them; it gives options to "cancel" or "close Midori", but the latter button does not actually close Midori, but only the intended window. This is likely to be very confusing for users, and it's annoying even for someone who knows that the dialog is lying.
