Bug Description
As mentioned in bug #1303821, we prepend U+202A "LEFT-TO-RIGHT EMBEDDING" to page titles used for saving filenames. This results in files whose names cannot be typed in a terminal. We should only prepend this when we actually need it for something, and never in filenames.
