Midori crashes on startup on Windows 8

My laptop: Windows 8 64bit, Midori verson 0.5.8

I just run Midori and error occurs. I don't do anything just run Midori.

What is the exact version of win8? I don't have one so midori is not tested on win8 but it _should_ work ok.
Can you run gdb (should be shipped with midori) then type
file midori.exe
run
if it "crashes" type bt
and attach the output here?

If it does not crash but shows this runtime something dialog
try
b abort
run

Btw is korean your locale or something is horribly broken here?

May You try get the portable version and try running the portable.bat. Report if it crashes then.

I've extracted Midori Portable for Windows(0.5.8) 7z. then run midori-0.5.8_32_\bin\midori.exe but same error message.
So I try run portable.bat and just like attach.

I don't know why, but set logging file didn't work, so I just made prntscrn of what's going on
