Midori over-escapes filenames in transfers panel

When saving files, Midori url-encodes the filenames it shows in the transfers panel. These should instead be in human-readable form.

To reproduce: right-click the link <https://launchpadlibrarian.net/143411155/midori.png> and select "Save as...". Enter the filename "[midori].png", and hit enter. Then open the transfers panel, and see that the name on the transfer is "%5Bmidori%5D.png", despite the user having entered the brackets unescaped and the file being saved at a path with literal brackets.
